Spark là ứng dụng học tiếng Anh và luyện tập theo dạng TOEIC, dành cho người học từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Giao diện có tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt, kèm hỗ trợ nghĩa tiếng Việt tùy chọn. Bài học, từ điển, flashcard và nội dung luyện tập được cài sẵn để học ngoại tuyến. Không cần tài khoản Spark. Mua hàng, quảng cáo và một số dịch vụ giọng nói có thể cần mạng. Kết quả luyện tập không phải điểm TOEIC chính thức hoặc điểm AI được chứng nhận.
Nếu bạn đã mua Spark Pro nhưng ứng dụng chưa mở khóa nội dung (ví dụ sau khi cài lại hoặc đổi thiết bị):
Lưu ý: bạn cần dùng đúng tài khoản Apple/Google đã thanh toán. Spark Pro là gói mua một lần — bạn không bị tính phí thêm khi khôi phục. Quyền mua của Apple và Google Play thuộc hai cửa hàng riêng; mua trên một cửa hàng không tự mở khóa cửa hàng kia. Trong đợt kiểm thử, sản phẩm có thể chưa được cung cấp.
Spark có thể gửi thông báo nhắc bạn học mỗi ngày. Để thay đổi giờ hoặc tắt hoàn toàn:

Hiện tại Spark chưa có tùy chọn “Đặt lại tất cả” trực tiếp trong ứng dụng. Cách đặt lại:
Lưu ý: thao tác này xóa toàn bộ tiến độ, lịch sử thi, từ yêu thích và sổ tay lỗi sai. Không thể hoàn tác.
H: Tôi đã mua Spark Pro nhưng nội dung vẫn bị khóa? Hãy dùng nút Khôi phục mua hàng trên màn hình Paywall (xem hướng dẫn bên trên). Nếu vẫn không được, hãy kiểm tra lại xem bạn có đang dùng đúng Apple ID / tài khoản Google Play đã mua không.
H: Ứng dụng có cần kết nối mạng không? Nội dung học và tra cứu được cài sẵn. Mua/khôi phục Pro, quảng cáo và một số bộ đọc giọng nói cần mạng. Khả năng nhận diện giọng nói ngoại tuyến phụ thuộc thiết bị.
H: Tại sao ứng dụng yêu cầu quyền microphone? Microphone chỉ được dùng cho các bài luyện đọc to và phát âm. Spark lưu bản ghi để bạn nghe lại và yêu cầu chế độ nhận diện trên thiết bị khi dùng dịch vụ nhận diện. Khả năng hỗ trợ phụ thuộc hệ điều hành. Spark không tải bản ghi lên máy chủ riêng. Nếu bạn không cần luyện phát âm, bạn có thể từ chối quyền này; các tính năng khác vẫn hoạt động bình thường.
H: Spark có thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân không? Dữ liệu học lưu trên thiết bị, không cần tài khoản Spark. Phiên bản có quảng cáo dùng Google AdMob; cửa hàng và dịch vụ giọng nói có chính sách dữ liệu riêng. Xem chính sách quyền riêng tư để biết chi tiết.
H: Tôi không nghe được âm thanh khi bấm vào từ vựng? Kiểm tra xem âm lượng điện thoại có đang bật không. Spark dùng bộ đọc TTS tích hợp của hệ điều hành — nếu thiết bị của bạn không có giọng đọc tiếng Anh, hãy tải thêm trong Cài đặt hệ thống → Trợ năng → Nội dung đọc (iOS) hoặc Cài đặt → Quản lý chung → TTS (Android).
H: Làm sao xuất dữ liệu học tập? Vào Cài đặt → Sao lưu để xuất file dữ liệu học và cài đặt. Bản sao có thể gồm lịch sử luyện tập và bản ghi âm đã lưu; hãy giữ riêng tư. Mua Pro không được sao chép qua file sao lưu; dùng khôi phục mua hàng của cửa hàng.

Spark is an English-learning and TOEIC-style practice app for learners aged 13 and over. It offers English and Vietnamese interfaces and optional Vietnamese learning support. Lessons, dictionary entries, flashcards and practice materials are bundled for offline study. No Spark account is required. Purchases, advertising and some voice services may require an internet connection. Practice results are not official TOEIC scores or certified AI assessments.
If you purchased Spark Pro but the app has not unlocked the content (for example after reinstalling or switching devices):
Note: you must use the same Apple/Google account that made the original purchase. Spark Pro is a one-time purchase — restoring it does not charge you again. Apple and Google Play purchases are separate; a purchase on one store does not automatically unlock the other. Products may not yet be available during testing.
Spark can send a daily notification to remind you to study. To change the time or turn it off:
Changes take effect immediately — no restart required.
Spark does not currently have a built-in “Reset All” option. To reset:
Warning: this permanently erases all progress, test history, favorites, and the mistakes notebook. This cannot be undone.
Q: I purchased Spark Pro but content is still locked? Tap the Restore Purchases button on the Paywall screen (see instructions above). If that does not work, verify that you are signed in to the Apple ID or Google Play account you used to make the purchase.
Q: Does the app require an internet connection? Learning and reference content is bundled with the app. Purchasing/restoring Pro, advertising and some voice engines require a connection. Offline speech-recognition support depends on your device.
Q: Why does the app ask for microphone permission? The microphone is used only for read-aloud and pronunciation practice exercises. Spark stores recordings for playback and requests on-device recognition when using the recognition service. Support depends on the operating system. Spark does not upload recordings to its own server. If you do not need pronunciation practice, you can deny this permission; all other features will continue to work.
Q: Does Spark collect personal data? Study data is stored locally and no Spark account is required. Advertising-enabled versions use Google AdMob; stores and voice services have their own data policies. See our privacy policy.
Q: I cannot hear audio when I tap a vocabulary word? Make sure your device volume is not muted. Spark uses the operating system’s built-in TTS engine. If your device does not have an English voice installed, add one via iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content, or Android Settings → General Management → Text-to-Speech.
Q: How do I export my study data? Go to Settings → Backup to export your study data and settings. The backup may include saved practice history and recordings; keep it private. Pro purchases are not transferred in backup files; use the store purchase-restore feature.
