Spark (“ứng dụng”, “chúng tôi”) là ứng dụng học tiếng Anh và luyện tập theo dạng TOEIC, có giao diện tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt. Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu của bạn. Spark không yêu cầu tài khoản học tập và không vận hành máy chủ riêng để nhận tiến độ học. Dịch vụ giọng nói của thiết bị, cửa hàng ứng dụng và Google AdMob có cách xử lý dữ liệu riêng, được mô tả dưới đây. Khả năng mua hàng và quảng cáo phụ thuộc nền tảng, phiên bản và cấu hình phát hành.
Spark không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản và không kết nối đến máy chủ của chúng tôi. Mọi dữ liệu học tập đều được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn:
Nếu bạn xuất hoặc chia sẻ bản sao lưu, file có thể chứa dữ liệu học tập và bản ghi âm đã lưu. Nơi nhận do bạn chọn sẽ xử lý file theo chính sách riêng; chúng tôi không tự nhận bản sao. Hãy giữ file riêng tư. Dữ liệu trong ứng dụng được giữ đến khi bạn xoá qua ứng dụng/hệ điều hành; bản sao đã xuất cần được xoá riêng. Gỡ ứng dụng hoặc xoá dữ liệu có thể làm mất dữ liệu chưa sao lưu.
Dữ liệu này được lưu bằng SharedPreferences và cơ sở dữ liệu trên thiết bị (SQLite). Chúng tôi không có quyền truy cập vào dữ liệu này.
Spark có thể yêu cầu quyền truy cập microphone để hỗ trợ các bài luyện đọc to và phát âm. Bản ghi âm và bài làm được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ của ứng dụng để nghe lại hoặc xem lại. Spark yêu cầu chế độ nhận diện trên thiết bị khi dùng dịch vụ nhận diện giọng nói; khả năng hỗ trợ phụ thuộc hệ điều hành và thiết bị. Spark không tải bản ghi âm lên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Bạn có thể từ chối cấp quyền microphone; các tính năng không liên quan đến phát âm vẫn hoạt động bình thường.
Spark sử dụng bộ đọc văn bản tích hợp sẵn của hệ điều hành (iOS/Android) để phát âm từ vựng và đoạn hội thoại theo giọng US hoặc UK. Bộ đọc hoặc giọng đọc bạn chọn có thể cần tải dữ liệu hoặc xử lý qua mạng theo cài đặt và chính sách của nhà cung cấp. Spark không gửi văn bản đến máy chủ riêng của chúng tôi.
Spark có thể gửi thông báo nhắc nhở học hàng ngày thông qua hệ thống thông báo cục bộ của thiết bị (không qua máy chủ đẩy). Thông báo này là tùy chọn và có thể tắt hoặc thay đổi giờ trong phần Cài đặt.
Gói Spark Pro (mua một lần, không tiêu hao) được xử lý hoàn toàn bởi Apple App Store hoặc Google Play. Chúng tôi không nhận, không lưu thông tin thẻ ngân hàng hay chi tiết thanh toán của bạn. Hãy xem chính sách quyền riêng tư của Apple và Google để biết thêm về cách họ xử lý giao dịch.
Spark dành cho người học từ 13 tuổi trở lên và không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật do dịch vụ bên thứ ba xử lý được mô tả trong các mục trên. Quảng cáo trong bản miễn phí là quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá.
Nếu chính sách này thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu tài liệu. Chúng tôi khuyến khích bạn xem lại định kỳ.

Spark (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an English-learning and TOEIC-style practice app with English and Vietnamese interfaces. This policy explains how we handle your data. Spark does not require a learning account or operate a server that receives your study progress. Device voice services, app stores and Google AdMob have their own data practices, described below. Purchase and advertising availability depends on the platform, version and release configuration.
Spark does not require an account and does not connect to our servers. All learning data is stored locally on your device:
If you export or share a backup, the file may include study data and saved recordings. Your chosen destination handles it under its own policy; we do not automatically receive a copy. Keep backups private. App data remains until you remove it through the app or operating system; exported copies must be deleted separately. Uninstalling or clearing app data may remove data that has not been backed up.
This data is stored using SharedPreferences and an on-device SQLite database. We have no access to this data.
Spark may request microphone access to support read-aloud and pronunciation practice exercises. Recordings and responses are stored in app storage for playback or review. Spark requests on-device recognition when using the system speech-recognition service; support depends on your operating system and device. Spark does not upload recordings to a server operated by us. You may decline the microphone permission; all features unrelated to speaking practice will continue to work normally.
Spark uses the operating system’s built-in text-to-speech engine (iOS/Android) to read vocabulary words and listening transcripts aloud in US or UK English. Your selected engine or voice may download data or use network processing according to its settings and provider policy. Spark does not send this text to a server operated by us.
Spark can send a daily study reminder via the device’s local notification system (not via a push server). This is optional and can be disabled or rescheduled at any time in Settings.
The Spark Pro upgrade (one-time, non-consumable purchase) is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details or billing information. Please refer to Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies for information on how they handle transactions.
Spark is intended for learners aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The sections above describe technical data processed by third-party services. Ads in the free version are non-personalized.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review it periodically.
