If there is a conflict between the Vietnamese and English versions, the Vietnamese version prevails (per Vietnamese law).

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Xu, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. License to Use
Xu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Protect your device (PIN, biometric)
- Back up your data yourself (Xu does not store data in the cloud — losing your device means losing data unless you have a backup)
- Keep your Gemini API key secure (Xu stores it locally only)
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
4. AI Features (optional)
- AI features use Google Gemini and are subject to Google’s terms: https://ai.google.dev/terms
- AI may give incorrect answers — do NOT use it as professional financial advice
- You are responsible for verifying information generated by AI
5. No Warranty
Xu is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free 100% of the time. We recommend regular backups.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Xu is NOT liable for:
- Data loss due to device failure / loss / forgotten PIN
- Financial losses from decisions based on information in the app
- Errors or downtime of Google Gemini / Drive
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated over time. Updated versions will be shown in the app before they take effect.

1. Chấp nhận điều khoản
Khi cài đặt và sử dụng Xu, bạn đồng ý với điều khoản dưới đây. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng gỡ cài đặt.
2. Quyền sử dụng
Xu cấp cho bạn quyền sử dụng cá nhân, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng để dùng app trên thiết bị bạn sở hữu.
3. Trách nhiệm của bạn
- Tự bảo vệ thiết bị (PIN, biometric)
- Tự backup dữ liệu (Xu không lưu cloud — mất máy = mất data trừ khi bạn đã backup)
- Tự bảo mật Gemini API key của bạn (Xu chỉ lưu local)
- Không reverse-engineer, không attempt extract code
4. Tính năng AI (tuỳ chọn)
- AI features dùng Google Gemini, chịu điều khoản của Google: https://ai.google.dev/terms
- AI có thể trả lời sai — KHÔNG nên dùng như tư vấn tài chính chuyên nghiệp
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm verify thông tin AI tạo ra
5. Không bảo hành
Xu cung cấp “như là” (AS IS). Chúng tôi không bảo đảm app hoạt động không lỗi 100%. Đề xuất backup định kỳ.
6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong giới hạn pháp luật cho phép, Xu KHÔNG chịu trách nhiệm cho:
- Mất dữ liệu do thiết bị hỏng / mất / bạn quên PIN
- Tổn thất tài chính do quyết định dựa trên thông tin trong app
- Lỗi hoặc downtime của Google Gemini / Drive
7. Thay đổi
ToS có thể update theo thời gian. Bản cập nhật sẽ hiển thị trong app trước khi có hiệu lực.
