Spark (“the app”) is an offline-first English-learning and TOEIC-preparation app for Vietnamese speakers. We designed it to respect your privacy: there is no account, no login, and we do not operate any server that collects your personal data.
What stays on your device. Your learning progress, review schedule (SRS), streaks, mistakes notebook, favorites, exam history, placement result, and settings are stored locally on your device (in the app’s private storage). We do not transmit this data to us or any third party.
Microphone. Speaking-practice features and the TOEIC Speaking & Writing exam use your microphone for speech recognition. Recognition is performed by your device’s operating-system speech service; depending on your device, audio may be processed by that OS service (for example, Apple’s Speech Recognition framework) under its own privacy terms. We do not store your voice on any server of ours.
Text-to-speech. Vocabulary and listening content is read aloud using your device’s built-in text-to-speech engine (e.g., Apple AVSpeechSynthesizer or Android TTS). No audio is sent to our servers.
Local notifications. If you enable daily reminders, the app schedules notifications entirely on your device using the OS notification system. No notification data leaves your device.
Purchases. If you buy “Spark Pro,” the transaction is processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We never see or store your payment details. The store provides us only with whether the purchase succeeded.
Backup. If you use the backup/restore feature, a backup file is created and saved or shared by you, to a location you choose. We do not receive it.
No tracking / no ads. This app contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no tracking.
Children. The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
TOEIC® Disclaimer. TOEIC is a registered trademark of ETS. Spark is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS. All exam-style content in the app is original material created by us to simulate the TOEIC format.
Changes. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Spark (“ứng dụng”) là ứng dụng học tiếng Anh và luyện thi TOEIC cho người Việt, hoạt động ưu tiên ngoại tuyến. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn: không có tài khoản, không đăng nhập, và chúng tôi không vận hành máy chủ nào thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị. Tiến độ học, lịch ôn tập (SRS), chuỗi ngày học, sổ tay lỗi sai, mục yêu thích, lịch sử thi, kết quả xếp loại và cài đặt được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không gửi dữ liệu này đến bất kỳ đâu.
Micro. Tính năng luyện phát âm và phần thi TOEIC Speaking & Writing dùng micro để nhận dạng giọng nói. Việc nhận dạng do dịch vụ giọng nói của hệ điều hành thiết bị thực hiện (ví dụ: Apple Speech Recognition); tùy thiết bị, âm thanh có thể được dịch vụ đó xử lý theo điều khoản riêng của họ. Chúng tôi không lưu giọng nói của bạn trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào.
Đọc văn bản (TTS). Từ vựng và nội dung nghe được đọc bằng công cụ chuyển văn bản thành giọng nói tích hợp sẵn trong thiết bị. Không có âm thanh nào được gửi đến máy chủ của chúng tôi.
Thông báo cục bộ. Nếu bạn bật nhắc nhở hàng ngày, ứng dụng lên lịch thông báo hoàn toàn trên thiết bị của bạn. Không có dữ liệu thông báo nào rời khỏi thiết bị.
Mua hàng. Nếu bạn mua “Spark Pro,” giao dịch do Apple App Store hoặc Google Play xử lý. Chúng tôi không nhìn thấy hay lưu thông tin thanh toán của bạn; cửa hàng chỉ cho biết giao dịch thành công hay không.
Sao lưu. Nếu bạn dùng tính năng sao lưu/khôi phục, tệp sao lưu do chính bạn tạo và lưu/chia sẻ tới nơi bạn chọn. Chúng tôi không nhận tệp này.
Không theo dõi / không quảng cáo. Ứng dụng không chứa SDK phân tích bên thứ ba, không quảng cáo, không công cụ theo dõi.
Trẻ em. Ứng dụng phù hợp với mọi đối tượng và không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
Tuyên bố miễn trừ TOEIC®. TOEIC là nhãn hiệu đã đăng ký của ETS. Spark không có mối liên hệ hay được chứng nhận bởi ETS. Toàn bộ câu hỏi kiểu TOEIC trong ứng dụng là nội dung gốc do chúng tôi tự biên soạn, mô phỏng theo định dạng TOEIC.
Thay đổi. Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” sẽ thay đổi tương ứng. Tiếp tục sử dụng ứng dụng sau khi thay đổi đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận chính sách mới.
