KopKop — also shown as Pebble & Sky — (“the app”) is an open-world touch playground for children aged 2–6: a hill, a sky, a meadow, a bear house, a music hut and other rooms full of things to tap, drag and discover. We built it for young children, so we designed it to collect nothing about them: there is no sign-up, no login, no chat, no user-generated content, and we never ask for a name, email, photo, or any personal information.
What stays on your device. Room states (which flowers have bloomed, day or night, radio station…), the parent settings (sound, vibration, night crickets, language) and your purchase status are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this data to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
No ads, no tracking, no analytics. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking SDKs, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). It never shows a tracking-permission prompt because it has nothing to track.
Purchases (Apple in-app purchase). Some rooms are unlocked with a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed entirely by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). We never see your payment details. Restore Purchases re-checks your Apple receipt. Apple’s handling of purchase data is described in Apple’s privacy policy. Purchase and settings screens sit behind a two-finger parental gate and are not reachable from the child’s play area.
No special permissions. The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or notifications. Vibration (haptics) is optional and local.
Internet. The app plays fully offline. Internet is used only by Apple’s App Store when you buy or restore a purchase, and when you tap the Privacy / Support / Terms links on the “About” screen (which open in your browser).
Children’s privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K). The app is made for children and is designed not to collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no account, no profile, no behavioural advertising, and no data sharing with third parties.
Changes. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.

Ứng dụng làm cho trẻ nhỏ nên được thiết kế để không thu thập gì về trẻ: không đăng ký, không đăng nhập, không trò chuyện, không nội dung do người dùng tạo, và không bao giờ hỏi tên, email, ảnh hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào.
Dữ liệu ở lại trên máy bạn. Trạng thái các phòng (hoa đã nở, ngày hay đêm, đài đang mở…), cài đặt của phụ huynh (âm thanh, rung, tiếng dế đêm, ngôn ngữ) và tình trạng mua hàng được lưu chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không gửi dữ liệu này đi đâu. Xoá ứng dụng là xoá dữ liệu.
Không quảng cáo, không theo dõi, không phân tích. Ứng dụng không có quảng cáo, không SDK phân tích/theo dõi của bên thứ ba, không dùng mã định danh quảng cáo (IDFA), và không bao giờ hiện hộp thoại xin quyền theo dõi vì không có gì để theo dõi.
Mua hàng (mua trong ứng dụng của Apple). Một số phòng mở khoá bằng gói đăng ký (tháng hoặc năm) hoặc mua trọn đời một lần, xử lý hoàn toàn bởi App Store của Apple (StoreKit). Chúng tôi không thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn. “Khôi phục mua hàng” chỉ kiểm tra lại biên lai Apple. Màn mua hàng và cài đặt nằm sau cổng phụ huynh hai ngón, trẻ không vào được từ khu chơi.
Không xin quyền đặc biệt. Ứng dụng không xin quyền vị trí, camera, micro, ảnh, danh bạ hay thông báo. Rung (haptics) là tuỳ chọn và chỉ chạy tại máy.
Internet. Ứng dụng chơi hoàn toàn ngoại tuyến. Internet chỉ được App Store dùng khi bạn mua hoặc khôi phục mua hàng, và khi bạn bấm liên kết Quyền riêng tư / Hỗ trợ / Điều khoản ở màn “Thông tin” (mở trong trình duyệt).
Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em (COPPA / GDPR-K). Ứng dụng dành cho trẻ em và được thiết kế để không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của bất kỳ ai, kể cả trẻ. Không tài khoản, không hồ sơ, không quảng cáo theo hành vi, không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba.
Thay đổi. Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; ngày “Last updated” sẽ đổi theo.
