KoKo (“the app”), formerly Kop Kop, is an open-world touch playground for children aged 2–6: the Hill (Sky, Meadow, Drawing, Treehouse and a house of everyday activities), the School and the World (African savanna, Vietnamese countryside) — full of things to tap, drag and discover. We built it for young children, so we designed it to collect nothing about them: there is no sign-up, no login, no chat, no user-generated content, and we never ask for a name, email, photo, or any personal information.
What stays on your device. Room states (which flowers have bloomed, day or night…), the parent settings (sound, vibration, night crickets, language), your purchase status, and simple play counters (which rooms are opened most, and how many days the app has been opened — shown only on the parents’ About screen) are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this data to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
No ads, no tracking. The app contains no advertising, no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS or the Google Play advertising ID on Android). It never shows a tracking-permission prompt because it has nothing to track. Like every iOS or Android app, we can see aggregated, anonymous statistics (downloads, sessions) that Apple or Google Play compiles according to each device’s own analytics setting — this comes from Apple/Google, contains nothing that identifies you or your child, and we receive nothing else.
Purchases (Apple in-app purchase or Google Play Billing). Some rooms are unlocked with a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, paid through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit) on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android, depending on where you downloaded the app. We never see your payment details. To confirm which purchases are active on your device, the app uses RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) as our purchase-validation service provider on both platforms: it receives a random, anonymous app user ID generated on the device, your store purchase/receipt information (product, dates, renewal status), basic device information (such as OS and app version and storefront country), and whether the store screen was viewed. This data is used only to provide and restore purchases and to count store-screen views; it is not used for advertising or tracking and is not linked to your or your child’s identity. RevenueCat’s privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. How Apple or Google handle purchase data is described in Apple’s privacy policy or Google Play’s privacy policy, respectively. Purchase and settings screens sit behind a two-finger parental gate and are not reachable from the child’s play area.
No special permissions. The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or notifications. Vibration (haptics) is optional and local.
Internet. The app plays fully offline. Internet is used only to load store prices and check, buy or restore a purchase (Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat, as described above), and when a parent taps the Privacy / Support / Terms links or sends feedback by email (which open in your browser or mail app).
Children’s privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K). The app is made for children and is designed not to collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no account, no profile, no behavioural advertising, and we never sell or share data for advertising. The only third party that receives data is our purchase-validation provider RevenueCat, limited to the anonymous purchase information described above.
Changes. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.

KoKo (“ứng dụng”, tên cũ Kop Kop) là sân chơi chạm mở cho trẻ 2–6 tuổi: Ngọn Đồi (Bầu Trời, Đồng Cỏ, Bàn Vẽ, Nhà Trên Cây và ngôi nhà những việc thường ngày), Trường Học và Thế Giới (Trảng Cỏ Châu Phi, làng quê Việt Nam) — đầy thứ để chạm, kéo và khám phá. Ứng dụng làm cho trẻ nhỏ nên được thiết kế để không thu thập gì về trẻ: không đăng ký, không đăng nhập, không trò chuyện, không nội dung do người dùng tạo, và không bao giờ hỏi tên, email, ảnh hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào.
Dữ liệu ở lại trên máy bạn. Trạng thái các phòng (hoa đã nở, ngày hay đêm…), cài đặt của phụ huynh (âm thanh, rung, tiếng dế đêm, ngôn ngữ), tình trạng mua hàng, và vài bộ đếm chơi đơn giản (phòng nào được mở nhiều nhất, app đã mở bao nhiêu ngày — chỉ hiện ở màn Thông tin của phụ huynh) được lưu chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không gửi dữ liệu này đi đâu. Xoá ứng dụng là xoá dữ liệu.
Không quảng cáo, không theo dõi. Ứng dụng không có quảng cáo, không SDK quảng cáo/theo dõi của bên thứ ba, không dùng mã định danh quảng cáo (IDFA trên iOS hay mã quảng cáo Google Play trên Android). Ứng dụng không bao giờ hiện hộp thoại xin quyền theo dõi vì không có gì để theo dõi. Như mọi ứng dụng iOS hay Android, chúng tôi có thể xem số liệu tổng hợp, ẩn danh (lượt tải, phiên dùng) do Apple hoặc Google Play thống kê theo cài đặt số liệu phân tích riêng của từng máy — số liệu này đến từ Apple/Google, không chứa gì nhận dạng bạn hay con bạn, và ngoài nó chúng tôi không nhận thêm gì.
Mua hàng (mua trong ứng dụng của Apple hoặc Google Play Billing). Một số phòng mở khoá bằng gói đăng ký (tháng hoặc năm) hoặc mua trọn đời một lần, thanh toán qua App Store của Apple (StoreKit) trên iOS hoặc Google Play Billing trên Android, tuỳ nơi bạn tải ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Để xác nhận gói nào đang còn hiệu lực trên máy, ứng dụng dùng RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) làm dịch vụ xác thực mua hàng trên cả hai nền tảng: dịch vụ này nhận một mã người dùng ngẫu nhiên, ẩn danh sinh ra trên máy, thông tin giao dịch/biên lai từ cửa hàng (gói, ngày, trạng thái gia hạn), thông tin máy cơ bản (phiên bản hệ điều hành, phiên bản app, quốc gia cửa hàng) và việc màn cửa hàng đã được mở. Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để cung cấp, khôi phục gói và đếm lượt mở màn cửa hàng; không dùng cho quảng cáo hay theo dõi và không gắn với danh tính của bạn hay của trẻ. Cách Apple hoặc Google Play xử lý dữ liệu mua hàng được mô tả trong chính sách quyền riêng tư tương ứng của Apple hoặc Google Play. Màn mua hàng và cài đặt nằm sau cổng phụ huynh hai ngón, trẻ không vào được từ khu chơi.
Không xin quyền đặc biệt. Ứng dụng không xin quyền vị trí, camera, micro, ảnh, danh bạ hay thông báo. Rung (haptics) là tuỳ chọn và chỉ chạy tại máy.
Internet. Ứng dụng chơi hoàn toàn ngoại tuyến. Internet chỉ dùng để tải giá, kiểm tra, mua hoặc khôi phục gói (App Store của Apple, Google Play, hoặc RevenueCat như trên), và khi phụ huynh bấm liên kết Quyền riêng tư / Hỗ trợ / Điều khoản hoặc gửi góp ý qua email (mở trong trình duyệt hoặc ứng dụng thư).
Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em (COPPA / GDPR-K). Ứng dụng dành cho trẻ em và được thiết kế để không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của bất kỳ ai, kể cả trẻ. Không tài khoản, không hồ sơ, không quảng cáo theo hành vi, không bao giờ bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cho quảng cáo. Bên thứ ba duy nhất nhận dữ liệu là dịch vụ xác thực mua hàng RevenueCat, chỉ gồm thông tin mua hàng ẩn danh nêu trên.
Thay đổi. Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; ngày “Last updated” sẽ đổi theo.
