Gridlock: Car Jam Puzzle (“the app”) is a casual sliding-block puzzle game: you slide cars and trucks out of the way to drive the red car to the exit. We designed it to respect your privacy: there is no sign-up, no login, and we never ask for your name, email, or any personal information.
No accounts, no servers of our own. Gridlock has no servers of its own, no online leaderboard, no cloud save, no social feature, and no sharing. The daily challenge is generated on your own device from the date. The game itself can be played offline; an internet connection is only needed to load ads.
What stays on your device. Your level progress, stars, best move counts, hints used, achievements, daily-challenge streak, purchase state, and settings (sound, music, vibration, night theme) are stored locally on your device only. We have no copy of them and no way to read them.
Advertising (Google AdMob). The app shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC): a banner on the world/level selection screens, interstitial ads between some levels, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for extra hints, magic, or to view a solution. Ads are non-personalized: the app requests non-personalized ads only, does not use App Tracking Transparency or the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may collect and process on its own behalf: non-tracking, resettable or temporary device identifiers, your IP address, device information (model, operating system, language), ad interaction data, and SDK diagnostics/crash information. This data is handled by Google under Google’s policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not receive this data and do not use it ourselves.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for consent through Google’s consent form (UMP) and you can change your choice any time in Settings ▸ Privacy choices.
In-app purchase — Remove Ads. The app offers a one-time purchase, “Remove Ads” ($2.99; price may vary by region), which removes banner and interstitial ads. The payment is processed by Apple; the app never receives or stores your payment information. You can restore it on any of your devices with Restore Purchases. Players who installed a version released before ads were introduced (v1.0) continue to play without banner and interstitial ads.
No special permissions. The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or notifications. It uses the device’s vibration/haptic feedback only to give tactile response while you play; this can be turned off in Settings.
What we collect. We do not collect personal information. Our advertising partner processes data as described above.
Children. The app is suitable for general audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; we do not collect personal information, and our advertising partner processes data as described above.
Deleting your data. Game data is stored locally, so deleting the app from your device removes it. For ad-related data held by Google, see Google’s privacy policy above.
Changes. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.

Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn: không cần đăng ký, không đăng nhập, và chúng tôi không bao giờ hỏi tên, email hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào.
Không tài khoản, không máy chủ riêng. Gridlock không có máy chủ riêng, không có bảng xếp hạng online, không lưu đám mây, không tính năng mạng xã hội, không chia sẻ. Thử thách hằng ngày được sinh ngay trên máy bạn dựa theo ngày. Bạn có thể chơi game ngoại tuyến; chỉ cần internet để tải quảng cáo.
Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị. Tiến trình màn chơi, số sao, số nước đi tốt nhất, số gợi ý đã dùng, thành tựu, chuỗi ngày chơi, trạng thái mua hàng và cài đặt (âm thanh, nhạc, rung, giao diện đêm) được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao và không có cách nào đọc được chúng.
Quảng cáo (Google AdMob). Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo do Google AdMob (Google LLC) cung cấp: banner ở màn chọn world/level, quảng cáo xen giữa sau một số màn, và quảng cáo thưởng tự chọn mà bạn xem để nhận thêm gợi ý, magic hoặc xem lời giải. Quảng cáo là không cá nhân hoá: ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá, không dùng App Tracking Transparency hay Mã định danh quảng cáo (IDFA) để theo dõi, và không theo dõi bạn qua các ứng dụng hay trang web khác.
Để phân phát và đo lường quảng cáo, chống gian lận, SDK AdMob có thể thu thập và xử lý theo tư cách riêng của Google: định danh thiết bị dạng quảng cáo không theo dõi/ID tạm thời, địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị (model, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ), dữ liệu tương tác quảng cáo và số liệu chẩn đoán/sự cố của SDK. Dữ liệu này do Google xử lý theo chính sách của Google: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites và https://policies.google.com/privacy. Chúng tôi không nhận và không tự dùng dữ liệu này.
Nếu bạn ở Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu (EEA), Anh hoặc Thuỵ Sĩ, bạn sẽ được hỏi đồng ý qua biểu mẫu của Google (UMP) và có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào trong Settings ▸ Privacy choices.

Trẻ em. Ứng dụng phù hợp với mọi đối tượng và không nhắm tới trẻ em. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em; chúng tôi không thu thập thông tin cá nhân, và đối tác quảng cáo xử lý dữ liệu như mô tả ở trên.
Xoá dữ liệu. Dữ liệu chơi lưu cục bộ nên gỡ ứng dụng khỏi máy là xoá sạch. Với dữ liệu quảng cáo do Google giữ, xem chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google ở trên.
Thay đổi. Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” sẽ thay đổi tương ứng.
