Afloat: Flood Escape Puzzle (in Vietnamese: Nước Lên, “the app”) is a cartoon puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Luu Hong Son, an independent developer (“we”). This policy explains what data the app and the services built into it handle, and why.
The app has no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or address, and the app has no chat or sharing features.
Your game data stays in the app’s storage on your device:
This data is not sent to us or to any server we run; we do not run any server for the app. Deleting the app deletes it. Coin packs are consumable, so coins you bought cannot be restored after the app is deleted or on a new device.
The app shows only rewarded ads, and only when you tap to watch one: to refill a life when you have fewer than 5, or to get a hint when you have none left (at most 5 ads per day for each). No ad appears on its own.

Coin packs are sold through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Payment is handled entirely by them; the app never sees your card, bank or account details. The app receives the product ID and a transaction ID so it can add the coins.
The app uses Unity In-App Purchasing, a library from Unity Technologies, to talk to the store. When you start or finish a purchase, this library sends Unity a purchase event: the product, the transaction ID, the store, the app version, your device model, operating system version and language, a random installation ID and session ID created by the library, and on Apple devices the identifier for vendor (IDFV). Unity uses this to run and report on its purchase service and to prevent fraud. The app does not send your advertising identifier to Unity. The app does not access your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data, and does not send notifications. We do not use any analytics service of our own, and we do not sell your data.
The app is a general-audience game made mainly for adults and is easy enough for anyone from about 8 years old. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not in Apple’s Kids category or Google Play’s Families programme. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and think your child has shared data with us, email us and we will help.
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing on our side to access or delete; if you email us, we use your email address only to reply. For data held by Google for advertising, use https://myadcenter.google.com or Google’s privacy tools. For purchase data held by Unity, you can write to unity-iap-contact@unity3d.com. Deleting the app removes all game data from your device.
If the app starts handling data in a new way (for example a new service), we will update this page before that version is released and change the date at the top.

Nước Lên (tên quốc tế: Afloat: Flood Escape Puzzle, gọi tắt là “ứng dụng”) là game giải đố hoạt hình cho iPhone, iPad và Android, do Lưu Hồng Sơn, nhà phát triển độc lập (“chúng tôi”), làm. Chính sách này nói rõ ứng dụng và các dịch vụ gắn trong nó xử lý dữ liệu nào và để làm gì.
Ứng dụng không có đăng ký, không có đăng nhập. Chúng tôi không bao giờ hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại hay địa chỉ của bạn; ứng dụng không có tính năng trò chuyện hay chia sẻ.

Dữ liệu này không gửi cho chúng tôi hay máy chủ nào của chúng tôi; ứng dụng không có máy chủ riêng. Xoá ứng dụng là xoá dữ liệu này. Gói xu là hàng tiêu hao, nên xu đã mua không khôi phục được sau khi xoá ứng dụng hay sang máy mới.
Ứng dụng chỉ có quảng cáo có thưởng, và chỉ hiện khi bạn tự bấm xem: để hồi 1 mạng khi bạn còn dưới 5 mạng, hoặc để nhận 1 gợi ý khi đã hết gợi ý (mỗi loại tối đa 5 lần một ngày). Không có quảng cáo nào tự hiện.

Ứng dụng không truy cập vị trí chính xác, danh bạ, ảnh, camera, micro hay dữ liệu sức khoẻ, và không gửi thông báo. Chúng tôi không dùng dịch vụ phân tích nào của riêng mình và không bán dữ liệu của bạn.
Đây là game cho mọi người, chủ yếu dành cho người lớn, dễ hiểu với người từ khoảng 8 tuổi. Ứng dụng không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, không thuộc mục Trẻ em (Kids) của Apple hay chương trình Gia đình (Families) của Google Play. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và cho rằng con mình đã gửi dữ liệu cho chúng tôi, hãy gửi email để chúng tôi hỗ trợ.
Chúng tôi không giữ dữ liệu cá nhân nào của bạn, nên phía chúng tôi không có gì để truy xuất hay xoá; nếu bạn gửi email, chúng tôi chỉ dùng địa chỉ email đó để trả lời.
